附加說明	1.The terms of tender document:The tenderer shall attach the specification catalog of the delivered satellite images.The document shall be translated in Chinese if the original copy is issued in foreign language. Without any of the above, the tenderer doesn’t comply with the requirements. 2.Time-limit of Contract Performance:The contract would be expired according to the time-limit of contract performance contract period or the contract amount is used up. During the time-limit of contract performance,the Procuring Entity could notify the Contractor within 15 days in advance of the termination of the contract. The performance bond should be refunded without interest in accordance with Article 64 of the GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT. No compensation shall be paid to the Contractor for its profit losses. 3.The quantities of the award for is an estimate. The quantity actually supplied would be adjusted according to the project requirements of procuring entity, weather condition, the actual satellite tasking result and annual procurement budget. The tenderer should measure the cost of changes in image quantity by themselves. 4.The Contractor must have service personnel stationed in Taiwan. This service personnel should be capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently in traditional Chinese. This service personnel shall be the contact window for satellite images procurement of this contract. 5.The legal effect of this contract is mainly in Chinese.
