(2)Foreign Contractor should be a general construction business (E101011), according to “Standard for foreign construction and building industries of registration and specified achievement" promulgated by Ministry of the Interior, and obtain the provisions of the business registration Related documents in accordance with “Construction Industry Act". The attached certified documents are listed as following (1)Registration Certificate of Grade A general construction business can be checked within the specified time (2)Works Contract (3)Tax payment certificate (4)Membership card of Manufacturers' Association of Taiwan general construction business Foreign Contractor should set purchase office in Taiwan and need to provide attached certified documents listed as following (1)Foreign Contractor which is qualified to GPA or ASTEP need to provide one copy certificate of incorporation’s documents.AND it also need document notarized by signatory government or notary office and it’s Chinese translation certificated by overseas office republic of china. (2)One handwritten signature by CEO of the company which is certificated by overseas office republic of china. (3)Works Contract (4)Tax payment certificate Membership card of Manufacturers' Association of Taiwan general construction business need to provide after award of bid. The specific qualifications of the tenderer 1.Contractor who are well experienced or possessing actual achievements the standard include similar construction of the tenders whose finished time shall be completed by the contractor within 5 years before the deadline for the completion of the project 2.The foregoing similar construction include: Railway Engineering :construction of Railway track,railway bridge,railway expansion or railway reconstruction,railway civil work. mass rapid transportation engineering : Railway track of mass rapid transportation or civil work. 3.Contractor with considerable financial strength : paid –up capital can’t be lower than one tenth of budget value or their attached statements of last either the latest financial year certified by accountant shall be subject to the following requirements: Interests lower than NT $ 3,239,000. The current assets not less than current liabilities. The total amount of debt does not exceed four times the equity.
