The required certificates for basic tenderer qualification are as followings: 1.Professional Engineering Consulting Firms a.Expiry of the engineering and technical consultancy company registration certificate. (Civil Engineering, Water Conservancy Project, Structural Engineering) b.Membership of the Association of Engineering Consultants in the Republic of China or other equivalent domestic associations in Taiwan. (Foreign manufacturers are not attached to the tender, should still be delivered before signing) c.Proof of tax payment(sales tax or income tax) (Foreign manufacturers free). 2.Establishing his/her professional engineer office individually or an associated professional engineer office in concert with other professional engineers. a.The professional engineer license. (Civil Engineering, Water Conservancy Project, Structural Engineering) b.Membership of the professional engineer association. B,bridge and culvert visual inspection part:90 calendar days after the completion of this work and submit the "inspection report in general" to the bridge under the jurisdiction of the audit. C, bridge and culvert special detection part:Depending on the needs of each bridge under the jurisdiction of the proposed time for processing. D, with the re-inspection, audit work:According to the requirements of this Council with the relevant provisions of the project, to complete the acceptance after the payment of related costs. Please see the tender ducuments for further details. The Place of Contract Performance : All permanent way of TRA in Taiwan. Remark: In case of discrepancies between the Chinese version and this English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
