the date of notice to the tender deadline. Location: General Affairs
Sub-division, Logistics Division at 2F, No. 96, Yanping S. Rd., Taipei City
(Please bring a flash drive with you.)
(2) Online Download:
Information is available from Government e-Procurement System
(http://www.geps.gov.tw). Please print them out by yourselves (A4
portrait).
(3) By Post:
A stamped, self-addressed envelope must be enclosed (for registered mail)
with sufficient postage affixed.
(4) Tender bond:
Police patrol motorcycles: NT$2.70 million ; police surveillance motorcycles: NT$740000.
(5) Performance bond and payment deadline:
Police patrol motorcycles: NT$5.40 million ; police surveillance motorcycles: NT$1.49 million , prior to the signing of the contract.
(6) Maintenance bond:
Police patrol motorcycles: NT$1.62 million ; police surveillance motorcycles: NT$440000.
(7) Warranty period: 2 years.
(8) If for some reason the office is closed on the day of tender deadline or
the closing date for submission resulting in the premature termination of
the scheduled tender closing time, the tender deadline or the submission
closing time will be extended to the next working day. For the tender opening
date, the tender opening time will also be postponed to the same time next
working day.
(9) Please note that tenderers must comply with the stipulations of the “Act on
Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest”.
(10) Predetermined contract awarded date:
The same date as the tender opening date.
2. Base bid price:
A base bid price is set for this procurement opportunity,
but is not to be disclosed.
3. Questions concerning the contents of tender document:
When having any questions on the contents of tender document, tenderers can make written requests to the institution calling for clarifications before the 3 of 1, 2013, and written replies will be returned to them before the 28 of 1, 2013.
