By mail: Within the announced collection date, please enclose a B4-sized self-addressed envelope (specify the item, recipient's name, and address) with NT$52 stamps, along with the bid processing fee (postal money order payable to: National Cheng Kung University Hospital, College of Medicine) by registered mail to the Purchasing Section, Materials Office, No. 138, Shengli Road, Tainan City, Taiwan.
2. By in-person collection: Within the announced collection date, please pay the envelope fee to the Cashier Section of the General Affairs Office on the 4th floor of the Outpatient Building. Present the receipt to collect the bid from the Purchasing Section of the Materials Office.
3. **[Bidding Time]:** December 11-17, 2014, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
**[Bidding Opening Time and Location]:** December 18, 2014, 2:00 PM, Bidding Opening Room, Basement 1, Inpatient Building.
※If the bidding opening cannot be held at the scheduled time due to the Tainan City Government's announcement of a work stoppage on the day of the bidding, it will be held at the same time on the next business day (the same applies to the deadline for submitting bids or the deadline for receiving documents).
※Questions raised by some vendors regarding the bidding documents are currently being processed.
