1. Amount of performance bond: a certain ratio of the contract amount: 10%.
2. The validity period of the performance bond: within 7 working days from the day after the bid isawarded
3. Others (specified by the bidding authority): "Personnel expenses" are paid at a fixed amount andare not included in the quotation range. The bidprice of the manufacturer in this case is quoted as "total other expenses" (other expenses include"cleaning tools, consumables, garbage bags, detergents, safety equipment, oil", "waste removal fees", "green belt weed cutting", "Management Fees, Insurance and Profits", etc. and "Business Tax"). After the bid is awarded, the bidding manufacturer's price and personnel costs (fixed amount)will be combined into the total contract price, asdetailed in the price list.
4. The main parts are: cleaning and maintenanceof the office building of the Zhongli Industrial Park Service Center and the park’s environmental landscape.
5. The winning bidder shall complete the signingprocedures within 7 working days from the day after the bid is awarded.
6. Tender documents must be delivered by post,hand delivery or electronic bidding to the following collection locations or websites before the deadline for bidding in the tender announcement: (1)Deliver by mail or (2)hand: Receipt Office of Zhongli Industrial Park Service Center of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
7. Personal delivery is limited to working hours on working days (8:00 am to 5:00 pm); if delivery isby post, manufacturers should consider the timeit takes for the post to be delivered to the recipient location.
