1.Business terms
1.1The Contractor shall completed following within 450 days from the next day of the award:
deliver all the parts of the test platform to designated location in New Taipei City and complete platform assembly.
1.2The Contractor shall completed following within 450 days from the next day of the award:
submit a “validation report of the test platform” and get approval by TPRI, and designated personnel training.
1.3The Contractor shall completed following within 450 days from the next day of the award:
delivery of Chinese operation manual and guideline of system detailed component, effectiveness verification test according to the contract items, submit a “verification report of the test platform” and get approval by TPRI, and completed adjustment of the facility and get approval by TPRI.
1.4Delivery place: Taiwan Power Research Institute(TPRI) (23847 No. 84, DA-AN Road, SHU-LIN DIST, NEW Taipei City, Taiwan).
1.5Bidding documents: the bidder has to provide the configuration diagram of each system (plot plan), the configuration map of the local test (site plan), the instruction of mass balance diagram of each part of the process, the summary of operation strategy, the dashboard of software system, and other documents which meet this procurement specification to review. It is necessary to label words or numbers on bidding documents to show which part meets this procurement specification.
1.6The bidder’s attached materials or catalogues are used to alter or tamper with the data for bidding. After verification, they are handled in accordance with the first and second provisions of Article 50 of the government procurement, and the bids and award criteria are revoked, and the law and Liability.
1.7In the event of discrepancy between the content of contract prepared in Chinese and a foreign language, the Chinese version shall prevail.
2.Acceptance: According to the relevant provisions above.
